“Giving SME's and young entrepreneur's a disproportionate advantage”

When asked, what is the greatest advice to young entrepreneurs, I’d say

“Having a clear vision of the value you want to deliver to the society”

Growing up

Growing up in Trichur, Kerala, within a family of academicians, I inherited a deep respect for knowledge from my father, a treasure trove of wisdom. Despite our academic background, financial struggles were a constant in our lives, instilling in me a drive to pursue a better future.

And creating awareness is the purpose I find myself most drawn towards right now.

Fueled by my love for language, I pursued degrees in English literature, both as an undergraduate and postgraduate. However, my entrepreneurial spirit led me to complement my literary pursuits with a Master's in Business Administration, specializing in marketing and personnel management. This decision was driven by my desire to understand human capital from both a business and humanitarian perspective.

My career journey began in the high-end fitness industry, where I led a prominent organization, fostering connections with high-net-worth individuals. This experience honed my skills in networking and relationship-building, setting the stage for my transition into management consulting.

Dabbling in various segments, such as immigration and studying abroad, broadened my professional horizons and provided invaluable insights. These experiences paved the way for my role as a global influencer, mentor, and strategist in management consulting. I thrived in roles that granted me one-on-one access to decision-makers, leveraging my expertise to drive impactful change and transformation.

My parents, irrespective of our financial situation, always ensured that my sister and I got a good education. Their dreams were pegged on us. We were the ones to change our family’s orbit.

Throughout my career, my passion for creating awareness has been unwavering. I firmly believe that informed choices lead to better outcomes, and it is my mission to empower individuals to make decisions with clarity and understanding.

What I love doing

Today, I am privileged to share my experiences and insights through public speaking, storytelling, and mentoring. I believe that awareness is everything, and by helping others navigate their paths with awareness, I can make a meaningful difference in their lives. My life motto, 'IF YOU PUNCH ABOVE YOUR WEIGHT IT BETTER BE A KNOCKOUT PUNCH' reflects my approach to life — being action-oriented, tackling large, complex problems with enthusiasm, and enjoying the journey rather than fixating on the destination.

I would like to believe “things can take a change if you be the change”

My life motto is “IF YOU PUNCH ABOVE YOUR WEIGHT IT BETTER BE A KNOCKOUT PUNCH“.
